i thought that i'd start a series in the PoWowz about the little things in my life that has worked for me in making my life just a tad bit better...your mileage may vary.
so my first entry is about food.
food for the soul...
carry a small bible so your soul can snack on the Word.
food for the mind...
carry a small book so that your mind can nibble on knowledge.
food for the body...
carry a slice of SPAM in a pouch and a bottle, 16oz, of WATER. really hits the spot and eating protein lowers the stress hormone levels in your body.
